Capabilities

Working with cross-disciplinary teams, I deliver digital solutions across the full project life cycle for social, web, and mobile. My capabilities span the disciplines of project management, digital strategy and user experience.

USER EXPERIENCE

Understanding users, not just business interests, is critical to user-centered design. To align the team align to user needs I create personas, user stories, and storyboards in define the product. After defining the user I work to define the system through site maps, process flows, whiteboarding, sketches, wireframes and prototypes. I work to involve real users throughout project delivery.

DIGITAL STRATEGY

My approach to digital is to understand holistic business and communications objectives and support KPIs through emerging media products and tactics. In collaboration with clients, stakeholders and project delivery teams I help define a solutions to drive actionable business and project recommendations throughout the term of a project based on research and client feedback and stakeholder workshops.

Producer/Project Manager

Project management beyond Gnatt charts.  Being a day-to-day client contact and a project owner I ensure stakeholders are working towards an agreed upon vision.  I have serviced the full project life cycle for web and mobile projects from research and strategy to design and development, to QA and analysis.I help manage and guide clients to deliver projects on-time and in budget by managing teams and change.

I have worked in waterfall and agile environments and am comfortable in a scrum framework.
